HOA 48-hour notice · condo 48-hour posted notice
HOAs (Ch. 720): board meetings generally require 48 hours' posted notice with an agenda (§720.303). Condos (Ch. 718) have their own 48-hour posting rules (§718.112). Emergency meetings are narrower. We write the packet to the 48-hour clock.
