Three clocks in Alaska. We draft. You approve. We send. Local counsel still reviews the first packet. We do not practice law in Alaska.

Association meeting notice — 10 to 60 days with agenda
Alaska Uniform Common Interest Ownership Act: the association must meet at least once a year. Notice goes out not less than 10 nor more than 60 days in advance and must state time, place, and agenda items (§34.08.390). Board meetings follow the bylaws plus UCIOA. We write the packet to the 10-day floor and the declaration if it is stricter.

Notice of right to lien (optional, shifts burden) · claim 90 days after completion
Alaska does not require a statutory 20-day preliminary notice. A written notice of right to lien under AS 34.35.064 shifts the burden to the owner. Record the claim of lien not later than 90 days after completion; if a notice of completion is recorded, many claimants have 15 days (§34.35.068). We serve the notice of right and calendar the recording date.

Employee notice 30 days · employer Form 07-6101 within 10 days
The worker generally notifies the employer within 30 days (AS 23.30.100). The employer files Form 07-6101 (Report of Occupational Injury or Illness) within 10 days of knowledge. Fatalities and in-patient hospitalizations still hit federal OSHA inside eight hours. Alaska has no reciprocity — if the crew is in Alaska, they are on the Alaska Act. We take intake the night of the call.
